“We feel that new partners are literally the future of the practice and must participate as equals in setting the vision, growth and development of the practice. We offer a New Group discussion format that is drawn from our Doctor CEO work. We act to guide the development of the combined practice vision (established doctors and new doctor), develop planning objectives and with special software create multi-year timelines. This may involve a review of the entire practice performance and consideration of structuring issues as it relates to 5-10 year goals. We have specific analysis and tasks that a practice can undertake to build a cohesive practice with good doctor leadership.
